Duration:
April 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
Program:
National Foundation for Civil Society Development
Project overview:
The Croatian Association for Artificial Intelligence (CroAI) is leading a significant national scientific study on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in collaboration with higher education institutions. This initiative focuses on developing a curriculum and implementing 12 educational sessions across 12 counties in Croatia. These sessions will explore the fundamentals of AI, its potential applications, and the ethical challenges associated with its use, particularly in the education sector. The educational sessions are scheduled to take place from September to December 2024.

As part of the project, CroAI will also host a roundtable discussion addressing the intersection of artificial intelligence and social development. The project aims to ensure extensive media coverage of the scientific research findings and activities related to AI's impact on society.
CroAI's Role:
CroAI is responsible for the independent implementation of this project, focusing on advancing AI knowledge and fostering discussions on its implications for social development. Our contributions will enhance community understanding of AI's potential while promoting ethical considerations in its application.
CroAI is a beneficiary of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development.
