“AI se educiraj” in Krapina

The “AI se educiraj” (Educate Yourself on AI) workshop was held at the Krapina-Zagorje County Entrepreneurship Center, aimed at teachers, professors, and everyone interested in applying artificial intelligence in education. The lecture was led by Dina Hrastović, a CroAI board member and head of the native team at Telegram.hr.

More than 60 participants attended in person, with over 100 following online. They had the opportunity to learn about the basics of artificial intelligence, its possibilities in the classroom, and practical AI tools that can enhance teaching. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of teachers and educators being the ones to explore, experiment with, and learn how to responsibly use AI with their students.

The workshop is open to the wider public, with the goal of making technology more accessible and encouraging critical thinking about the ethical challenges AI brings to schools. The next workshop will be held on May 8th in Čakovec.
